Dahlwhinnie (15 Yr., Highlands) – Sweet Floral. Pale gold in color. Big, crisp, dry and very aromatic with hints of heather and peat. Long, lingering intense finish that starts sweet and leads to peat and malt. Light to medium body. Smooth, soft and lasting flavors of heather, honey sweetness followed by deeper citrus fruit flavors and hints of malt.
