Bib & Tucker small batch bourbon aged 6 years is double distilled using a column still followed by an old fashioned pot still. The mash bill is 70% corn, 26% rye and 4% malted barley. The aromatics begin with scents of vanilla and butterscotch drops with a smooth entry that is nicely balanced with a hint of sweetness. The finish lingers in the mouth with a complex, yet balanced chestnutty taste. Terrific to enjoy in an Old Fashioned or just straight or over ice. 96 PTS the Tasting Panel, 4 Stars Highly Recommended F. Paul Pacult's Spirit Journal, 90 PTS - Wine Enthusiast
